Bill Grace, a long-time Stratham resident and former Environmental Manager, is very excited about this new venture. Bill is the owner and full time Manager of the Coffee Beanery Cafe. He and his wife Ginny are pursuing their dream of opening a local café where friends and neighbors can gather to enjoy a good product in a comfortable upscale atmosphere with great customer service.

The Grace's have both worked for the past 20 years as professionals in the environmental industry. Due to the nature of their jobs, they spent a lot of time commuting and traveling for work. After spending time away from home and the community, they are now ready to own and operate a place where, "people can sit down and relax, have a quality drink and a snack, work on the wireless internet, read the newspaper, visit with friends, and just take a break." For those on the go, the Coffee Beanery also has a drive-thru window.
Not only will the Greenland Coffee Beanery serve a wide array of delicious coffee, tea, and espresso drinks, you will also be able to savor the new café menu with a selection of custom wraps, soups and sandwiches, fresh salads, and decadent desserts all in a relaxed café environment.
The Greenland Coffee Beanery Café will be a Grace family affair. Bill and Ginny are getting a lot of support from their children. Their son Ryan, a sophomore at Duke University, was recently home during spring break to help Dad with last minute construction details. Their daughter Allison, who will be starting high school next year, is also excited about working at the café. She is an accomplished musician, and will eventually be working with Dad to help organize live entertainment and Open Mic nights for young local musicians. As an athlete, Allison is also hoping to get the Coffee Beanery to sponsor a local sports team or two.

Share sizes will be small over the first few weeks, but as the days grow warmer, size will increase gradually for the remainder of the growing season.
