Networking - January 2008
The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held is Not So Normal Gala and Auction on Dec. 7. The auction will help the Chamber support the Child Abuse Prevention Council of York County; the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its monthly Business After Hours Event at EnviroVantage on Route 125 in Epping on Wednesday, Nov. 14; the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its 2007 Holiday Auction on Thursday, Nov. 15 at the Galley Hatch Conference Center in Hampton; Catapault, the Seacoast's young professionals networking group, celebrated its first anniversary on Wednesday, Nov. 14, at The Page in downtown Portsmouth; the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held its Holiday Auction Gala on Nov. 29 at the Portsmouth Country Club in Greenland.

Networking - December 2007
The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours on Oct. 24 at Lindt & Sprungli in Stratham; the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours Oct. 17 at HoloDek Gaming in Hampton; the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held an Icebreaker on Oct. 17 at Homewood Suites in Portsmouth, and the second annual "Seacoast Schmooze" took place on Oct. 25, sponsored by the Greater Dover, Exeter Area, Greater Portsmouth and Greater Rochester Chambers of Commerce. It was held at the Frank Jones Center on Route 1 in Portsmouth.

The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held an Icebreaker on Sept. 19 at the York Village Business Center on Route 1; the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce held its annual ball on Sept. 28 at the Sheraton Harborside in Portsmouth; the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours on Sept. 19 at McGuirk's Ocean View on Ocean Boulevard in Hampton Beach; the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours on Sept. 27 at the Duda Spa at 53 Green St. in Portsmouth; the Kennebunk / Kennebunkport Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours on Sept. 12 at the Nott House on Maine Street in Kennebunkport.

Networking - October 2007
The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held its August Business After Hours at the Hilton Garden Inn in Portsmouth; Exeter Golf Club was the host for August's Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours; The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held a member celebration barbeque on Aug. 30 at the Visitor Center on Route 1 in York.

Networking - September 2007
Exeter Hospital was the host for the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours on July 26; Portsmouth Chamber members and guests get together for a summer eCruise aboard the Isles of Shoals Steamship Company's M/V Thomas Laighton; The Portsmouth and Hampton chambers of commerce held a joint Business After Hours in July at Seacoast Harley-Davidson in North Hampton.

The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its June 20 Business After Hours Event at BMW of Stratham; the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce hosted its June 21 Business After Hours event at Portsmouth Kayak Adventures in Portsmouth; the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its June 20 Business After Hours event at the Breakfast Hill Golf Club in Greenland; the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce hosted its monthly Icebreaker event on June 14 at the Ogunquit Playhouse in Ogunquit, Maine.

Networking - July 2007
The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, in a joint venture with students in the Seacoast School of Technology marketing program, held a Small Business Showcase in May at the Talbot Gymnasium in Exeter; The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held a Business Networking Expo in May at the Frank Jones Center in Portsmouth. The event was underwritten by Public Service of New Hampshire. Expo sponsors included Seacoast Ventures (Seacoast Media Group), Northeast Credit Union, Snap Surveys, Brown & Company Graphic Design and WTSN & Soft Rock 98.7 The Bay, Gentle Giant Moving Company, McIntosh College & Atlantic Culinary Academy, Ocean National Bank, and Infinite Imaging; The May Business After Hours for the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce was held at The Sea Ketch on Hampton Beach; The May Business After Hours for the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce was held at and hosted by The Inn at Spruce Wood in Durham.

Networking - June 2007
The Hampton Area and Exeter Area Chambers of Commerce held their third annual Toast to the Coast in April at the Ashworth by the Sea in Hampton Beach. Guests were offered a sampling of wine, beer, hors d'oeuvres, chocolate and more from some of the Seacoast's restaurants and businesses. The event was underwritten by Ocean National Bank. The Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce held its April Business After Hours at the Old Salt Eating & Drinking Place in Hampton. It was cosponsored by the Favorite Independent Restaurant Association. Seacoast Media Group, publisher of Seacoast Ventures, was the location for the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce's April After Hours event. Guests were invited to tour parts of the company's new headquarters, including the press room, at 111 New Hampshire Ave. in Pease International Tradeport in Portsmouth.

The Portsmouth Country Club in Greenland was the venue for the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce's March After Hours event; Guests to the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce's March Icebreaker event enjoyed the scene at the York Harbor Inn on Route 1A in York; Guests at the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce's March After Hours event enjoyed their time at Ron's Landing restaurant in Hampton Beach; The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce hosted its sixth annual Tourism Summit in March at the Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth Hotel and Conference Center. The event was underwritten by Seacoast Media Group, publisher of Seacoast Ventures.

The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held its monthly Business After Hours event on Thursday, Feb. 22 at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Portsmouth; The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held its monthly Icebreaker on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at the Sanford Institution for Savings, located at the intersection of routes 1 and 91 in York; The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its Business After Hours event on Thursday, Feb. 22 at the Townlyne Grille in Exeter; guests enjoy the Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce's Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner at the Ashworth-by-the-Sea Hotel in Hampton Beach on Thursday, Feb. 22.

The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce held its After Hours event at Shooters Pub and the Exeter Bowling Lanes on Thursday, Jan. 18; The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held its After Hours event at the Seacoast Rejuvenation Center at Pease International Tradeport on Thursday, Jan. 25; The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held its Legislative Reception at the Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth Hotel and Conference Center at 250 Market St. on Tuesday, Jan. 25, and The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held its Icebreaker and New Member Reception event at the Coastal House in Wells on Thursday, Jan. 18.

Spirits of the season took center stage at the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce's holiday winetasting event held on Dec. 21, 2006 at the Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth Hotel and Conference Center; the Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held its December 2006 Icebreaker at Capt. Simeon's Galley restaurant in Kittery Point, Maine, and the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce held its December 2006 Business After Hours event at Langdon Place of Exeter.

The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours on Nov. 16 at Evergreen's Model Home at 3 Scanlon Way in Newfields; The Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce held a Business After Hours on Nov. 8 at Hampton Harbor Condominiums; The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce held its Holiday Auction on Nov. 30 at the Wentworth-by-the-Sea Hotel in New Castle, and The Greater York Region Chamber of Commerce held its annual dinner on Thursday, Nov. 16, at the Spring Hill Lodge in South Berwick, Maine.
