Beals Associates, PLLC of Exeter is celebrating its fifth anniversary. Lawrence Beals started Beals Associates, Inc. of Boston in 1990. Many of the Boston clients were extending their efforts into Southern New Hamshire, the Seacoast area in particular, and an innovative way to service these activities was needed. A team was selected and this company, an autonomous New Hampshire Professional LLC, was founded in March 2001 to provide a variety of professional services including land planning, civil engi-neering and landscape architecture.

The six charter members, Larry Beals, Ken Berry, Scott Cole, Dan Tatem Carole Belliveau and Scott Frankiewicz, have grown the company to more than double in size. With the growth, they have also added septic system design and land surveying services to the original planning, civil engineering, and construction management portfolio. Christian Smith joined the team as eirector of engineering, and provides municipal review and engineering services on a limited basis. Rusty Lovell has managed the development of the land surveying department recently adding GPS capabilities. They want to extend a thank you to their many team members, friends and colleagues for assisting with and encouraging them toward this land mark occasion.
